「Friendly staff, dated but clean. 」

「We stayed there for a long weekend. The location is outstanding both to the town and walking trails. This is an older hotel and works fine. It is not set up for staying in the room, no couch. No Kerig so you need to go to the lobby to get coffee, but they always had it available. Like most hotels they are using dish TV connection which was intermittent even though the weather was good. You can get onto their wifi and use a computer to login to other TV services. People are great. 」

「I am a private pilot and was on my way from Los Angeles to Denver when I found myself having to land at Steamboat Springs due to weather. I was able to use the Hotels.com App and find a room at the Holiday Inn Express for a great price! The hotel is only about 6 miles from the airport and very easy to get to. There is also a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, which was very convenient. 」

「We were concerned about the sidewalk next to the outside parking. The sidewalk and curb were not level. In fact, my wife's toe stubbed the edge of the sidewalk as she was about to step down onto the street to get into the car. Good that there was still daylight outside to notice what could have been a potential tripping incident. Management might want to make the transition level. 「Take liked the decor and style of the room. The full kitchen was more than needed for a short two night trip (and no kids) but it’s s great way to design a room, I’d come back here for sure. The small grocery store in the lobby is a helpful resource, and of course the best thing is the location! Walking right out into Ski Time Square, our room looking up the mountain. 」

「The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and baking dishes. It had everything we needed for all our meals. Very clean. Conviniently located near grocery stores and not to far from town」

「For the amount being charged each night, the fact that any housekeeping services were extra was not appreciated. Condition of the unit/building could see some improvement: some of steps in the outside stairwell were loose; bank of lights above the kitchen counter were not functional.」
