This is the triple-branded Travel + Leisure Co. Property in Steamboat. We stayed at a VI Resorts condo in the WorldMark area of the Community. Things haven’t changed too much since I retired from Wyndham; still charging for internet unless you are an elevated membership owner. We do like the Village having stayed in Club Wyndham, WorldMark & now VI Resorts units. We would classify the levels of luxury as Best, Better, and Good, respectively. We’d consider this offering through Expedia a very good value in the current market. Would suggest the front desk have not only extra linen and terry, but some housewares (tea kettle) on hand, so T + L staff can meet expectations rather than give out excuses.

I had the room from a Thursday through a Sunday. The check in was easy and it was fairly quiet and clean at the property. It is a small town so services are easily accessible. I however did run into a couple of issues. First off the day I checked in and had already moved everything up to my room... two internet technicians decided to just walk into my room unannounced. Apparently even though I was already in the room they were still planning to work in it. This is poor form. I let the lady at the desk know and all she did was apologize rather than reschedule the workers. Also I was in town to run a very long race. It was cold and rainy that Saturday and I just wanted to get back to the room for a hot shower. Well apparently the studios must share a water heater or something because all I got out of the shower was about 2-3 minutes of hot water before it went less than warm.

Now thats a total farce I'm sorry. I'm informed the units have no Air-conditioning after I booked it with a non refundable paid in full. The weather was in the 90's, theres not a chance I ever would have booked a room for 2 nights at this place! I walked into a sauna when I entered the room, a small fan in the closet was no help. I didnt sleep a wink, I booked a room for 2 adults, the room didnt accommodate 2 adults, it had a small pulldown bed for 1 person, I sat in the chair all night sweating
