"My wife and I stayed in this property in June 2025 while in Steamboat for our wedding. We were thrilled with the property. It’s located right in Old Town so it’s a 10 min walk /5 min bike ride/2 min drive from downtown Steamboat. It was also so nice to be right next to Soda Creek in June when it was running pretty high - we loved hanging out on the patio and just taking in the beauty. As for the house/property itself, it is very charming! It has a number of stainless steel windows, lots of wood, and very fitting decor. What it lacks in modern conveniences (dishwasher and air conditioning, mainly), it makes up for in charm. We only used the hot tub once but I imagine that would be something to take advantage of more in winter. We are looking forward to returning and staying here again. "

"Great place! We loved our stay right on the river. Walk to everything in town. The owner was great at communicating except we didn't get our check in information so I called them. But they answered so all good! The pullout was comfortable according to the folks that slept on it. Very clean and well stocked. Thank you so much! We had 4 to six adults and two dogs. "
