「Excellent service, very clean, updated and affordable. Though some may be turned off by the mobile home park next door, it was a great alternative to the in Steamboat over the Holidays. Comfortable room (King Kitchenette) with everything we needed for a short stay. We will happily book there again.」

「The man running Penny's diner and the hotel front desk gave my room away "to railroaders because we have a contract" was very rude and thought it was funny with his friends that I had driven from steamboat for.my room and there wasnt 1 for me when infact it was paid for . Resulting in me sleeping in my car due to no refund and no where else to stay with my son in the hospital. Will never reckmen this hotel to anyone. Very disgusted with the whole situation a reservation should have been up...
