「Excellent service, very clean, updated and affordable. Though some may be turned off by the mobile home park next door, it was a great alternative to the in Steamboat over the Holidays. Comfortable room (King Kitchenette) with everything we needed for a short stay. We will happily book there again.」

「It was interesting with it being a very new hotel. Our room smelt pretty bad. Like it had pets in it and they were trying to cover up the smell. Also no coffee makes in the rooms only down stairs, which was a pain for someone who was working in their room. Our A/C unit really didn’t seem to work through the night like it should have for being only 7 months old.」

「This was a great place to stay on our motorcycle trip through Colorado. The staff was great and gave us a first floor room, so we could park our motos outside the window. The location is great for checking out Steamboat Springs. This place has been renovates and kept up. It's very nice compared to many older lodge-style motels.」
