「I have stayed at Marriot Hotels numerous times in the past, that was many years ago so my critique is based on those stays verse this last stay. Upon check in we weren’t informed that room cleaning only happens if 3 nights or longer. My assumption is the policy has been going on for so long that it didn’t dawn on the clerk to say any thing. Also this is the 1st time that a hotel did not offer free coffee, they did serve Starbucks but for a marked up cost. The outlets in room need replacing, I...

「We were excited to stay at the bed and breakfast. Had an emergency and was hoping to postpone however owner didn't allow so we stayed for one night and lost money on the second night by leaving early. The bed and breakfast doesn't have air conditioning and it was very warm. The small swamp cooler in the window didn't cool the very small room down. The house itself was falling apart with the bedroom sloping very badly as well as the bathroom. They should not call this place a bed and...

「The enormous fridge runs very noisily. I was woken up early this morning by its hum and got a poor night’s sleep. Breakfast was disappointing. It only supplied biscuits, tea and coffee, with no milk or fruit juice available. The low‑grade biscuits made me feel unwell after eating them and caused a sharp spike in my blood‑sugar level.」
