「Great amenities. Of course fabulous views! Friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. My only suggestion for the room was a chest of drawers would be nice in the bedroom. Really enjoyed our stay.」

「Good location close to Main Street」

「When we arrived, Jeff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had never been to Colorado before and he gave us many great recommendations!!」

「Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!」

「We took the soap with us (nice bottle of soap from the bathroom), not realizing it was a "spa item." They charged us $80!!!! It was just soap.」

「The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...

「Pros-pretty area, cozy and quiet place Cons-WiFi did not work and front desk was not helpful, NO hot water and no communication about it」

「Clean and complete」

「No AC」
