「No refrigerator bathroom door was noisy and the $15 to park your car on the hotel. That’s not. That’s not a good idea. That’s a ridiculous thing. and they had to come to fix the TV.」

「清潔で快適な部屋でした。唯一の不満はWiFi環境です。そもそも接続が不安定で、使い物にならないほど低速度だった。」

「Found a bed bug in the bed and they would not move us to a new room due to being “sold out” or made any attempt to make things better.」

「Worked great for us. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Staff was super friendly.」

「客室に入ると独特の臭いがした。換気をすればましになるかと思い、窓を開けようとしたが開かなかった。部屋を変えてもらうことも考えたが、必ずしも臭いのしない部屋に交換されるという保証もなかったのでそのままにした(臭いは、個人差があるので説明が難しい)。 昼夜の寒暖差のある時期だったので、エアコンを冷房から暖房に切り替えたら、異様な臭いが発せられたので、エアコンを停止し、窓は開かないので入口のドアを開放した。しかし、エレベーターの真ん前の部屋だったので空気を入れ替えるほど入口のドアを開放することはできなかった。 一番残念だったのは、フィットネスルームを利用できなかったこと。部屋の電気は点くのに、マシーンはどれも電源が入らなかった。フロントに確認したら「サーキットブレーカーがダウンしているのだろう。残念だが、今日はメンテナンスは休み」と告げられた。ジムが利用できるということで、このホテルを選択したのに本当に残念だった。」

「Restaurants weren’t all opened making it limited food possibilities. Room service menu changed at 9pm.」

「This place is always amazing! We go every year and the pool is the best for the littles to get out extra energy. They’ve also added more to their hot breakfast which is great and staff is always friendly. My only complaint would be the hot tub is out again. It’s a finicky thing with a mind of its own, but over all we love this place.」

「Leave money as a deposit, 100 dollars and the money has not been integrated into my account. They told me it would take three to five working days.」

「The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice and well maintained. The lobby had snacks and drinks. Overall a pleasant stay」

「Absolutely PERFECT ! Beautifully designed and decorated room. Property with a river running through it was beautiful and amazing ! Cool sitting area with fire pit and grill, next to the river. Couldn't be happier with our stay here ! Thank you !」
