「Expedia told us that we were getting a very different room. When we arrived at the location, they said that room is never an option.. very disappointed as we wanted mountain views.」

「The location was very convenient for getting downtown. However, our room had no heater. We asked a couple of times for a portable one, but never received it, so we had to endure the cold that night. They tried to fix the issue, but it didn't work—and temperatures were 29°F outside.」

「This would easily have been a five-star rating, as the front desk staff has been super helpful and friendly. They even upgraded us to a suite. We forgot our massage gun when we checked out. Called the first time to let them know, they found the massage gun. The lady said their manager would call us back to collect payment and ship it back to us, as we are from Texas. 「Celebrating my birthday in Breckenridge couldn’t have been more magical! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and cared for. The glowing fireplace, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff made the resort feel like the perfect place for a family birthday celebration. The resort beautifully blends luxury and comfort, with gorgeous woodwork, granite countertops, elegant artwork, and inviting spaces. Waking up to breathtaking mountain views and snow falling over the ski hills...

There is no elevator to the second floor so pack accordingly. The elevation is close to 10,000 so one could experience some effects. The new...

「The location was perfect. The Mountain View was breathtaking」

「We loved the location! The space itself was very nice and we had no issues. However I was never received the contact information of the on site staff members or point of contact. We had a few questions when we first arrived and we never received a response or an answer to these questions.」

「Perfect space for my family of 4!」
