"Property was outdated, didn't appear clean in the common areas, and check-in experience led to our first room having a bathtub faucet running (not dripping) that needed immediate repair. Worked in a pinch, but I'll look elsewhere in Glenwood Springs."

"The hotel is historic and the amenities reflect that. One example it takes about seven minutes for the water to get hot, the rooms are not air-conditioned, but as far as the history goes, it is a gem. "

"A staff member knocked at my door at 10:59am, I understand the check out time at 11am. However, I’ve never experienced this before. Luckily we were ready to go, & check out at 11am. "

"Everything was pretty decent but it was 11pm and there was kids running the halls and slamming doors. There was no adults in the room with the kids. At one point I heard a parent come in and tell them to stop but nothing happened."

"Very clean but noisy. You cna hear everythibg happening outside, and people partied with loud music at the hot tub til 1015 pm. Air conditioner turns on and shuts off after 30 seconds of running and doesnt really maintain a consistent temperature or regulate it well, hence probably why you can hear everything as their lacks insolation. Shower curtain smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was good and a nice amenity. "
