ベール ビレッジ ホテル

「From the moment we arrived until we left the Staff went above and beyond to make our stay Special and efficient. I loved the Customer Service level of all employees on site. They were accommodating, amazing problem solvers and quick with a smile and conversation. The Valet gave us great places to try, unloaded and loaded all of our luggage. Always kept our car close to keep our wait time low. The front desk staff was able to solve all of our request efficiently and above board. They sent a fan...

「Room: very good. basic, but nice decor. Plenty of options to put my stuff. Staff: sub par. The staff seemed like the inexperienced training the more inexperienced. They were polite. Location: excellent! Valet: excellent! Cleanliness: very good. Clean upon arrival. House keeping: sub par. not offered daily. X 1 in a 4 night stay. Billing: subpar. Double check your bill. (Inexperienced staff.)」
