I can’t give it 5 stars across the board simply because it’s a budget hotel. For what it is, it is exactly what you would expect, and I mean that as an unreserved compliment. It was clean, comfortable, and the price was quite good. This Super 8 in Grand Junction was a great jumping off point for mountain biking around Fruita.

Room was clean. Baseboard in bathroom was peeling off wall. Carpet in hallway looked dirty and had tears in it. Breakfast was usual fare. Staff were excellent. Still, for an overnight stay it was adequate.

The room was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Towels were not thick but they were clean. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, guests that stayed before had zero home training and wrote on furniture and the mirror in permanent marker. The hotel needs some renovating but a clean, decent place to sleep for a night.
