「Great property in Edgewater. Historic house with quality upfit. Location was perfect for us. Easy walk to lake and restaurants. Will rent again. Parking was on street but actually not difficult to find a spot - make sure to check road signs for prohibited parking times. 」

「Overall loved the space. Great neighborhood, clean inside, great space. My only 2 complaints are, 1. It smelled very strong of cat litter which was quite odd. And 2. The check in process was strange. The manager required that he meet you in person and go through each page of the binder, and go through the entire house, one by one. I have never had that happen, and it was honestly inconvenient and annoying. Luckily, the space itself was great, so I gave it 5 stars. 」
