「One of the desk workers was absolutely awful....the power went out for my first night that I was supposed to check in so I never was able to check in obviously so they called me a no show when I was there 2 different times to see if their power came back on....so she called her manager came up with other excuses for 30 min then proceeded to tell me she had no room available for my second night that I had a reservation for...I want my money totalling refunded so we will see if thst happens!!」

「Spacious and comfortable room in a great location. The only comment is that you need to be around when housekeeping is passing, otherwise your room would not be cleaned」
