「I was traveling through for one night on my way to Seattle. Arrived 20 mins before check-in and my room (Robin) was ready. Parking was easy/safe, and the room was great- king bed, fridge/microwave for my packed meals, large shower/tub. My dog was with me and they offer a pet pack (blanket, towel, poo bags). 「The staff was incredible, very personable and friendly. Pet friendly with a grassy area nearby. The only downside was that the walls are thin and the neighbors shower woke us. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「The parking was great and easy to access. Breakfast was average. However, the room had a stuffy, unpleasant air when we entered. When we turned on the heater, it started blowing a very strong and unpleasant odor, so we had to turn it off and sleep without heating, which made the room cold. Overall, not a comfortable experience. 」

「Hotel was nice. But it is already winter here so almost restaurant was closed. Also Lassen National park was closed due to snow. We had nothing to do. 」

「The front desk staff were great! The room was meh! The bed had hair and a wrapper of some sort but we were so tired we just laid towels in the top of the bed to sleep.」
