We stayed in a 2 queen bed room and the place was clean. It's a older salon style hotel and you get what you pay for. The restaurant downstairs has great food and are open early for breakfast.
Friendly staff, beautiful hotel very well maintained, great food, full bar, shocking level of quality, blows most chains out of the water, if you’re planning to sleep within 50 miles of this spot stay here.
Historic building so rooms were unique. No air conditioning in our room so was a little warm but very quaint and lovely town. Staff was very nice and room was clean and comfortable beds.
Cool old western town feel. Parking was a breeze right outside the hotel. Room was dated but clean. Small fridge in our room. Enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.
Everything was amazing. The studio we stayed in was clean and had everything we could need. The food at the restaurant was 10/10. The courtyard was cute. We will definitely go back!’
Absolutely a great place to stay!
Not your average hotel, but the rooms were clean & very comfortable.
It is a very well maintained old hotel with great views from the balcony!
Nostalgic & awesome! Great restaurant downstairs with a fun & friendly bar next door. If you're in the area it a great place!
A very charming historic hotel; a bit rustic, but that's what you want from a hotel with so much history. We got an incredible deal on our room. The restaurant was excellent; outstanding food and servers.
Charming, friendly, unique hotel with restaurant and excellent service. We stayed in the suite with 3 rooms—perfect for a family or a group of friends. Also has a bar and a game room for cards or board games.
This is the cutest inn I’ve ever stayed in. We were on one of the first floor rooms off of the courtyard. The room was a comfortable size with a good sized fridge and freezer. They are a dog friendly inn as well. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Despite the fact that they were understaffed they were so friendly. The food was delicious! Cindy recommended we check out Burney Falls so we altered our trip to check it out. It did not disappoint. Thank you so much Cindy we absolutely loved it there and will definitely be back.
I stayed in twin bed room since traveling alone. Quiet and comfortable. Old building but well maintained. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
It was much better than I expected for this location. There is not much in the town. But this hotel was well appointed, clean, convenient and professional.
We loved staying here! It is a very clean, pretty, and quaint hotel; The staff were friendly/helpful, especially Jessica in the restaurant portion of the hotel. She was hospitable and gave us some good recommendations, as far as, outdoor activities go. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
This is located in a small town and close to Burney falls. Staffs are nice. Parking is okay. The room we got is located in the original building which was built i think around 1935. The room is super dusty with so much small spiders and webs. Carpet needs to change. Beddings needs to be wash properly since there some spots/dirt on them. Musty odor in the room. It is kinda spooky as well specially in the hallways. We're not big people but i felt like the bathrooms are small to move comfortably.
Surprisingly a pleasant stay. Something I would recommend others to try if staying in this area. Well maintained rooms, bathrooms and premium amenities. It has its own vibe. Everyone around was so courteous and helpful. Best of all, restaurant, coffee shop and a bar is right downstairs.
Highly recommended!
This place is a hidden gem! Everyone there is so kind and helpful - we booked it on a whim on a roadtrip from Nevada up to Oregon and it did not disappoint! Beverly and the team was exceptional!
It was stinking hot and there isn’t A/C in the rooms but lots of fans and air flow. It’s a historic building so the walls are a bit thin and doors slam, but overall, it’s a cute piece of history with amazing staff! Anytime we drive though, we will absolutely stay here!
In the area often and this was the first time staying at the Fall River Hotel. By far the best accommodations I have stayed at in the area and will now be my go to. The staff is great; accommodated our late arrival with no problem. Restaurant and bar were great.
I’m This hotel was one of the most unique places we stayed on our trip. It’s definitely old-timey, rustic, and full of character. If you’re looking for a modern chain hotel, this isn’t it—but if you appreciate historic buildings and charming places with personality, it’s a wonderful experience.
The women who worked there were absolutely incredible. They worked so hard to take care of everyone, and despite how busy they were, they were genuinely warm and welcoming. They were especially sweet to our boys and even helped celebrate our 5-year-old’s birthday, which made the day extra special for our family.
We ended up eating in the restaurant multiple times because the food was so good. Meals are served at a relaxed pace, which really fits the atmosphere of the hotel. You could tell the staff was constantly moving and doing everything they could to accommodate every guest, and we never felt rushed. It made for a comfortable, enjoyable dining experience.
Overall, this is a charming, historic place with a lot of heart. The building itself is fascinating, the food was excellent, and the hospitality is what really sets it apart. We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re passing through Fall River Mills.
The restaurant an bar were really fantastic. A great menu and quality food. The bar is great, and with a terrific craft cocktail offering as well.
My only issue with this hotel is the room amenities. Straight out of the 1920's. Quaint, but at some point, not optimal. The place could do with an upgrade, and do away with a shared bath in the hallway. I know that's a non-trivial undertaking, but I'll probably select another hotel on my next visit... but absolutely go to the bar and restaurant, which are both top-notch.
Room was clean, staff was nice, beds were very hard but it’s an older hotel to be expected. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut which was annoying because we had our older children with us and bathroom privacy was an annoyance. Slim Pickens to stay near berney falls but I would stay here again
