「We really enjoyed the location being so close to downtown and easy freeway access. The property grounds are very private, butting up to a large greenspace and tall fencing. 「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.」

"5泊の滞在で、暖房の音が大きい、デジタル時計故障、部屋の異臭、ベッドシーツに大きな茶色いシミ、絨毯に大きな黒いシミ、メイドサービスなし(希望する時に来るとの事でした)、自動販売機故障(お金戻らず)、ベランダにタバコの吸い殻、トイレもきちんと流れず。クロゼットにハンガーなし。安いがひどかった。朝食は無料でビュッフェスタイルです。ワッフルが自分で焼けて美味しかった。隣接しているステーキレストランはお肉が大変美味しかったのでオススメですが、このホテルは2度と利用しません。 "
