「From the pictures, I could tell that this place would be nice. And I wasn't disappointed. The pool was big. The hot tub was nice. The gym room was right nearby. The pool had wide windows so you don't feel like you're in a tight indoor pool. There is also a deck on the side of the pool. It overlooked bushes, so it felt nice sitting there. The lobby area was nice with comfortable chairs. Staff was very nice. Rooms were modern. I appreciated that there were many outlets. They had a nice bar, and...

「The TV didn't work. There was a long sheet about how to get it working but who has that time? How about using the remote as usual? Every hotel should have blackout drapes but they did not. People moved into next room with a non-stop yipping dog. The stay overall was great but for price these issues need attention.」

「This was an incredibly odd experience from start to finish. I was double charged for the entire stay the moment I walked in the door and was told that's a standard but I was also told that if the charge did go through they would take care of it. So I'm not sure if it's a standard or if they were unsure it was supposed to happen that way. We arrived and noticed the beach volleyball court was totally overgrown. The pool was not full and wouldn't be during our stay. They did not have an ice machine...
