"Everything was satisfactory overall about the resort. I felt the food cost were inflated and drives most guest out for a more affordable family meal. The second issue is had were the wrinkles in all of the bed linen. The beds looked so un kept even after housekeeping cleaned our room."

"The hotel was under construction in some areas, but this did not affect our stay in any way. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The room was comfortable. There is a restaurant on site that opens at 5pm. There is little information online about it, but it is not a high end restaurant as depicted. It has a small menu, and instead of chef prepared items seemed to be frozen food that had been heated up. Part of my order was still cold in the middle. If you avoid the cafe for dining, the hotel is a great stay."

"The room was dirty. The couch had weird stain on it and had a comb and other items in it- obviously had not been cleaned. "

"Too early for outdoor pool. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. Made us feel less than welcome. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. We had a lakeside room but it overlooked the roof and was not an attractive sight with all the mess on it. Plus they were installing some kind of big unit so it was noisy. We wouldn’t have bothered with a lakeside room if we had known that was th view. I"
