I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken. The common areas need attention.

Paid for the room through Expedia with affirm payments. Got charged the full price for the room on my debit card plus the $50 incidental. Talked to management. They said they would reverse the charge on my card for the room. Which they have. However, upon checkout, I got charged another $210 dollars for two night’s accommodation plus another $50 charge for something. Called on the way home after checkout. Supposed to reverse the $210 dollars. But taking over $500 out of someone’s account when they aren’t expecting it is not great. Not everyone has $500 laying around.

My girlfriend and I are both local and we’re five minutes from our house. The only reason we rented their room was for my girlfriend‘s birthday. To lay around and be lazy and sit in the hot tub. The hot tub was not working when we got down there. I told the guy sitting at the front desk. He told me there was nothing he could do even though he had been in there previously into a control room to get it started again. I asked for my money back. And I was told that would not happen. When I asked to speak to the general manager the next morning on a Saturday at 8:30 AM. The girl went to get the manager in the back room and returned in a couple minutes to tell me he was in a meeting and couldn’t talk. I was given no option to talk to the management. I had also mentioned that my shower in the morning was lukewarm at best. The girl at the counter replied thats unfortunate. This hotel does not care about their guests and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a pleasant stay. Because you won’t get that here.

Staff are shady. Used to get deposit back same day I checked out. And if I extended stay first 50 deposit covered it. This time it’s been 4 business days and no deposit back and I extended stay and got charged for 2 deposits. Greedy man at front desk made sure to tell me it was gonna be 7-10 business days. And I knew right then they were up to something. And he had a whole spiel about how they charge deposit again for another night added when they never did before with the lady at the front desk. This place has gone to hell with greed and them holding ur money as long as possible for a few extra dollars interest

Everything was absolutely perfect all around Everything was great. Rooms were extremely clean staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great lots of choices and I was very happy to have fresh fruits and yogurts egg white omelets fresh oj.
