「Only one block from the beach with plenty of parking. Very clean unit and two very nice bedrooms. Perfect for a holiday spot, and convenient to lots of restaurants. Property manager was very communicative and instructions for access were spot on. Would highly recommend.」

「This property is located conveniently next to the porpoise point ramp on vilano beach. There are plenty of restaurants near by and it is just a stones throw away from downtown st Augustine and st Augustine beach. The property is appointed with everything you need for a weekend stay. The bed was comfortable and the villa was clean. The pool in the back is on the smaller side, but was very clean and we enjoyed it. The back deck is really nice too. 「Well-renovated property with a pool, just steps from the beach. Excellent attention to detail by the hosts to stock the kitchen with cooking supplies, coffee and tea, as well as those things you don't want to have to buy for a short stay like olive oil and seasonings. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach wagon are provided, which is less for visitors to have to pack and haul from home. There is even a second fridge and a grill in the garage. Would highly recommend!」
