"Such a great atmosphere in this hotel. There was some wear and tear in our room, but if you love a good old New England Inn, that's part of the charm. Staff was excellent and the location can't be beat in Northampton. Always a treat to stay here."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a full breakfast which includes a buffet style egg style changes every day, as well as sausage meats and seasoned home fries. A waffle bar. Cereals, and baked goods which were Udis gluten free. Also in the fridge, were dairy products like milk, yogurt, and boiled egg. Spectacularly delicious coffee and a machine with juice selections. I liked my room, it was clean and handicap accessible with roll in shower and a shower chair. I am extremely satisfied with this visit."
