A lovely surprise in Springfield, MA but the Staff made our stay so enjoyable. Very welcoming check-in (she dropped the task she was in the middle of needing to complete and hustled over to me immediately) and I'm sorry, but that was one of the best breakfasts I've ever seen a hotel put out and Angel was helping to direct all the patrons with all their questions. Great room but better staff and breakfast!

Room was clean, microwave and refrigerator clean and working, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most. The bath however had problems. The water faucet was loose and not connected to the tub and the water control was difficult to pull to start. Tub plug was very hard to use.

The bed was very comfortable. Pillows could use a little work. It was apparent it was an older building by the condition of the bathroom. The tub walls were damaged and had been repaired poorly. There were no extras for linens-just enough for 2. The work desk set up was nice and got put to good use. Housekeeping inquired very early on check out day if we were ready to leave when we still had at least 2 hours until check out. Breakfast was good but the area is very cramped and crowded making it difficult to get around the center island to get things. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns because they are clean, comfortable and food and service are good. This was not the best experience for us this time around.

The hotel itself is very beautiful,peaceful and clean.the staffs are beyond nice and very helpful.the pool wasn’t available because they’re fixing up the pool side but other than that everything else was perfect.breakfast is always good and the hotel is very quite and peaceful.it was my second time staying there and I will be coming back again in July.
