「Brushed and Bold has a great location in RiNO, close to good restaurants and bars on Larimer. Check-in and entry was easy. Parking on the street was not a problem. The unit was very clean and well-equipped.」

「Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things.
