「Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The...

「Lodge 7 was fantastic. We found it clean, well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Loved being able to hear the river run right outside. I would definitely stay here again.」

「This was a great place to stay for the weekend. The property was just as pictured and clean. There were plenty of extra bedsheets and linens provided. The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again. 」

「Beautiful gem in Fraser. Cozy, everything thought out, warm, inviting and for a single or couple. The host was flexible ( I accidentally booked the wrong week) , kind and communicated quickly. I didn’t use the sauna.. but what a bonus ! Highly recommend this spot ! 」
