「綺麗な客室、親切なスタッフ、静かな環境で過ごすことが出来ました。 Tvのリモコンが見当たらなかったですが。」

「Hotel was very nice to stay. Staff is very frendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. 」

「All was ok, room, cleanliness, amenities and breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Some very friendly staff, others not as engaged. Only criticism would be parking that we didn't realise would cost extra. It was £3.50 for overnight stay.」

「Lovely stay but next door guests made such noise until 2am 😭」

「Hotel from hell, all Night and all morning mysterious banging from all parts of hotel. Creaking banging all hours of the night. Couldn’t sleep」

「Good transport links. Room very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful. Does not do breakfast but sister inn close buy and plenty cafes nearby eg Starbucks . Only there for short while but hope to return and will stay again. 」

「Great staff lady on」

「It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! 「A very cute place to stay. Staff weee extremely helpful during our stay.」

「We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.」

「Lovely room. Nice breakfast.」

「トイレ(大)が流れない、電球がついてなく電気がつかない、窓を開けると締めるのが非常に大変、扇風機のホコリが酷い。」

「Everything ok. Free parking included.」

「1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night .」

「Tidy and modern self-contained unit - everything I needed. Grateful for responsive host.」
