「For a budget hotel (although I did stay in a Premium room) the room was really quiet and the bed was large. I slept really well. Lovely shower, fun design details - painting, large lamp, coffee machine. The room felt spacious. I’d stay again.」

「Lovely welcome and nice space in reception with free Tea / Coffee. Parking is free and plenty of space. The bed is massive!!! Really good location for the M5 and about 25 min drive into the city centre. The restaurant was great too. food lovely and staff nice. Only 10 mins drive away from Blaise Castle park run too - what a bonus!」

「Excellent customer service. Front desk reception is welcoming and AMAZING! Beautiful breakfast too. Sadly, ... 1. Room was not properly cleaned. Dog's fur on carpet. My daughter was sneezing uncomfortably due to allergic reaction. 2. There was no shower cream. Thankfully, we brought something to use. 3.Shower was leaking.」

「Room was very clean and seemingly recently renovated. Unfortunately there was dreadful noise from above, which I think is a family in a flat. And stupid things like the kettle wasn’t in a cradle so you couldn’t fill it easily and the blinds did not keep out the light. 」

「Bristol とあれば Brisutol 市内と想定して予定をたてたが、とんでもない田舎で道は狭くウォーキングは危なくできない上に、Bristol 市内まで車で２０分以上のドライブ。重たい荷物があったが、エレベータがないので持ち上げて、腰を痛めるというおまけ付き。紹介するときはこのような状態をはっきりとさせ、次の犠牲者が出ないようにして欲しい。」
