"This was my second stay here. Wonderfully situated near The Cathedral and safe to walk around. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I might suggest they put a robe in the room but I imagine one would be available upon request. "

"All the staff were friendly and efficient, the room was quiet, spacious, well decorated, spotlessly clean and a pleasant temperature. The king size bed was comfortable and the heavy curtains blocked out the light well to aid a good nights sleep. "

"We booked this place for 2 separate stays months in advance. 1st stay upon arrival and 1st use cups needed to be hand cleaned, using the sink faucet sink would not drain, water was leaking from the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Flooring separating, probably from water damage. We used the toilet there were spiders that i had to kill. Contacted the property manager and pipe leak fixed only. Was texted back they cannot control spiders getting in. 2nd stay nothing fixed and manager did not respond to complaints about clogged sink, sent multiple messages and only received automatic response about check out process.
