Room cleaning services deserves SIX STARS, they made up our room and left it looking like a spread for an interior decoration magazine. Best housekeeping n the world. Wonderful all arounnd. Spa is world class.

I stay for almost 10 days with my two kids. The Maalot is first class. Located between the Trevi and Pantheon, which are very busy areas, the Maalot of pure quiet and peace as soon as you walk in. The tall ceilings in our room, the wonderful restaurant, the modern decor and fixtures made for a relaxing and rejuvenating mini-vacation before our cruise. We spent a weekend in a Ritz Carlton a couple of months ago and there was no comparison! Singer Palace trumps that hotel in every category.

I can't say one bad thing. Everything, I mean everything, was awesome!! Location, awesome!! Room large and spotless!! The staff Davide and Francesco were so helpful and kind. If you needed anything you just asked them. I hear people complain about no room service, hogwash! If your hungry walk out the door and anything you could want is steps away. We will stay here the next time we go to Rome.
