Great great great location!!!! The train station is literally around the corner. You can take the metro is the speed trains from around the corner. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable for 2 people. Around the corner are restaurants and cafes. You can walk to a lot of places or jump in a train and be anywhere you want. Loved it.

We stayed 7 nights at NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. We did have a small issue with the AC, as we prefer a cooler room, but the staff was very accommodating and promptly moved us to a room better suited to our needs. Location is excellent with very easy access to metro, bus and taxi, which made getting around the city very convenient. This was a late anniversary trip, and the thoughtful surprise of chocolates and prosecco with a card was a lovely touch. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the service was attentive and welcoming. Overall, a great stay with warm service.

I stayed here with my partner for 5 days and 4 nights. On my birthday, the hotel staff surprised me during breakfast, which was a truly beautiful and touching moment that I will cherish forever. The location is excellent, with Rome’s main train station practically at your doorstep, making it very convenient to get around the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view, making me feel right at home. The furniture was new, and the room was thoughtfully designed.
