"Best hotel experience during our travel to Japan. Hotel is very well located by train station, onsite FamilyMart was a lifesaver, and breakfast was done right (both selection and ability for hotel to handle the volume of people very effectively)."

"The staff were friendly and efficient. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. They provided skin care, all shower amenities, pajamas(albeit small)/slippers, and tea/coffee. Hotel was convenient because it was close to multiple train stations, convenient stores and restaurants. I used their delivery service to get my luggages to Kyoto and it was an easy and convenient process. I would definitely book here again and I highly recommend."
