"Clean and very fancy business hotel. We could could see the Tokyo sky tree from our window ! Very comfortable room. Night staff is sometimes a bit rude, one of them wouldn’t let my girlfriend get patches for her tattoos so she could access the Onsen, even though that was complimentary. That was only once, and when we asked someone else, we got the patches. Otherwise, everyone is nice."
