Very convenient to Tokyo Station. Wonderful stay, clean and quiet even during their renovation period. Hotel staff are always very professional and accommodating.

Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo

We loved the location the most. The lobby and staff and restaurant were excellent. Room is just a little outdated but very clean and in order. No complaints.

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

Missing Keio Plaza already, and just thinking about an excuse to return to Tokyo. I was pleasantly surprised with the service level, cleanliness, willingness to assist from all staff. Even when there were lots of guests they managed to offer personal touches during service. I praise the hotel management and commitment from all employees we came across. Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more. The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). Far away from everything

1# The staff were amazing and were on top of every question or concern I had. 2# location to major rail lines (for Tokyo and leaving Tokyo), bars, food and shopping. 3# Rooms were big for Tokyo and super functional.

Great location and comfortable

Finding an entrance was somewhat tricky. From Shimbashi station, use the Shiodome exit, turn right to find an escalator up near Tully's coffee, take another escalator to the far right of the plaza next to an Italian restaurant, once on the 3rd floor above the ground, take a skywalk across the street to the building on the right, a news media building on the lower floors. Walk across the 3rd floor to the elevators on the far right, then take the elevators up to the 25th floor labeled Hotel...

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.
