"Everything was great! The staff was friendly and attentive, our room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. the property was very clean and nice. The only amenities I used was the gym but it was nice for what it was. 10/10!"

"The hotel itself is very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Unless you’re a Platinum Honors member, you have to pay extra for almost everything. Even basic amenities like the pool require an additional fee, which was unexpected and frustrating. Late checkout was also not available unless you have a higher membership status. While the property is beautiful, the added costs and lack of flexibility made the stay feel less worthwhile."
