I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation.

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free.

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more.
From what I observed from the bus ride I didn’t see anything close in walking distance.

Great location for the Disney parks and this hotel was wonderful and all the amenities in the room excellent. The room so comfortable and cleaned. The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports.
