「Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again.」

The way it's laid out w/separate rooms and floors dampens noise and made it possible for my husband to conduct zoom meetings in the middle of the night without disturbing the family at all. 「Here are the straight facts that will be helpful. 1). Very small, like very very small. While we were only three people, so it was fine, but if we had a person in each bed? 「今回３泊4日の日程でお世話になりました。（家族4人） スタッフの方々は、どの方も丁寧で分からない事は優しく説明してくださり感謝しかありません。セキュリティも完璧でしたね。施設も綺麗で良かったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。 ただ一つ残念な点は、朝食が3日間同じだった事です。さすがに飽きますね。 あと、しゃもじが炊飯器の中に入れてあることが謎でした。普通はフライ返しやお玉、スプーンや箸が入れてある所に置くべきですね。 しゃもじが無いと思ってスプーンでご飯をよそいました。 出発の日、たまたま炊飯器を開けてみたらしゃもじが、、、。もっと早く炊飯器の中を開ければ良かったです。 でも、それを除けば最高でした。バスタオル等も最初から３日分用意してあって嬉しかった。洗濯洗剤もあって良かった！ また是非利用させて頂きます。 今回はありがとうございました。」
