We found out our floor is scheduled to have new work done so this could be next on the list. It’s very convenient location offsets the aesthetics. "The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for the bilingual staff! The breakfast was wonderful! Though I believe there is a cover charge for the breakfast I think its 3000 yen. However, it is buffet style but really good food. The bar has happy hour. If I come back to the Shinjuku neighborhood, this will likely be the place I stay! The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate."

"Staff were amazing and always smiled as we passed through reception. Hotel is in a lovely area with lots or shops and places to eat. 5 minutes walk from The Tokyo Dome. Hotel was super clean but we did find the bedroom carpet and under the bed was actually in a need of a good hoover. That is the only let down of this hotel."

"Great hotel. It’s huge with plenty of restaurant options onsite and a great breakfast option with amazing views of the Tokyo Tower. Only complaint was not being able to use the amenities due to my tattoos. I know it’s more of a cultural thing in Japan vs just the property but don’t think tourists should be punished for events that happened in the past."
