Great service !

One of the best places we stayed at in Tokyo. Owners were some of the friendliest and most accommodating people we met on our trip and the translations and signs in the unit were incredibly helpful. A travel recommendation near the unit was also given that we went to and had a great time. 5/5!

The room was very well designed, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The amenities (lounge, 7eleven on site, restaurant) were all very useful for supporting our conference attendance. A short bus ride or pleasant walk to the train to downtown Tokyo.

Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby. 5 stars for sure.

I came to see a live gig at Kashiwa Palooza and this is a perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, near train station, beautiful shrine nearby. Breakfast buffet is great too. I'd stay here again no doubt.

The staff is friendly and speak English. Super helpful. Have to ask at desk for wifi. Quiet neighborhood. Close to train stop. About an hour from Narita. Would highly recommend. Room is spacious. Ramen shops line the same street. Do yourself a favor and eatsomething from these shops. There's a "New Yorker" bar close by that's fun. we only stayed overnight and it was very convenient to to take our train to Osaka the next morning.

Very nice and helpful staff! The breakfast buffet is small but all the options were very tasty. Super friendly people at the restaurant. Bus stop bound for Kashiwa train station is an easy 5 min walk or less. Convenient location across the street from Seven Park, a nice shopping mall.

The 201 room is big enough for 4 people but you can fit up to 6 with futons. A pretty good spot to stay in.

Great option for a family to stay in reasonable budget.

Staffs are at standby 24 hours a day. The stay was warm and cozy.

There are places like Gotembakan that are cheaper but are worse than a motel 6. Hotel Route Inn is everything people rave about Japanese hotels. And I survived the earthquake there from the 14th floor.

I stayed there for 2 nights to visit my friend and attend my school near the hotel. The hotel is located perfectly right next to the Tsukuba Express train station. Although I didn’t need to get a room before 15:00 check-in time, I wanted to make sure I could check in before midnight. The hotel staff was very kind to check in with me at 12 noon (without giving me a key) to guarantee my easy arrival. The hotel is very clean with a nice size public hot spring bath.
