The staff is friendly and speak English. Super helpful. Have to ask at desk for wifi. Quiet neighborhood. Close to train stop. About an hour from Narita. Would highly recommend. Room is spacious. Ramen shops line the same street. Do yourself a favor and eatsomething from these shops. There's a "New Yorker" bar close by that's fun. we only stayed overnight and it was very convenient to to take our train to Osaka the next morning.

Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more. We loved the location the most. The lobby and staff and restaurant were excellent. Room is just a little outdated but very clean and in order. No complaints.

We had a wonderful experience. The service was incredible and the hotel is very beautiful! We will definitely stay here when we come again

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free

The best partsv were the breakfast buffet, the restaurant options and the proximity to transportation.

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. Missing Keio Plaza already, and just thinking about an excuse to return to Tokyo. I was pleasantly surprised with the service level, cleanliness, willingness to assist from all staff. I wish there is no steps to get elevator from parking.

The stay and hotel staff were great and very helpful, only issue I had was the airport shuttle never showed up so I had to taxi to the airport. Only complaint I have really.

It takes 10 to 14 minutes to get to nearest rail transport.. a little far for Tokyo hotels I am used to.. I come to Japan often.. On a positive easy access to Haneda Airport as compared to Narita.. Also cheaper going to Haneda Airport on taxi and allot cheaper.. 5000 to 6000 yen ($33-$40) Narita is about 18000 to 27000 yen ($120-$180).. This is good value when you first arrive and depart if you do not want to take the rail with allot of luggage..
