The staff was excellent. After I checked out the hotel, one staff chased me all the way to the train station. I missed my back pad, which has the passports. Later, she came the second time to bring us the umbrellas that we left in a drawer.

The general condition of the room is awesome. The smell of the towels provided was not ideal. Washing machine is not ideal especially during the drying part as the dryer does not dry our clothes effectively. Probably need to have a separate dryer instead.

Excellent stay! Close to the train station, supermarket, and convenience store. The facilities are quite new and functioning. It is a great apartment to stay with friends for the trip.

The location is a bit far from downtown Tokyo, but it's close to the JR station, making it very convenient for visiting the Disney Parks. There are also several stores nearby, including a supermarket.

Very nice and spacious room. Clean. Great exhaust fan in the bathroom that can dry all the clothes in a night. The small balcony is useful for drying clothes. Bathtub with automatic filling water system. Only 2 mins walk from the station with a big supermarket opening till 2500.

This property is great for narita airport and things close to. Its great for families due to its size and convinence with the train just around the corner. They provide a kids potty and stool and simple amenities like a toothbrush. Downside is the property needs more maintaining, there are scratches and dents everywhere and 2 twins pushed together do not make for a comfy bed

Close to JR station, and supermarket. Great to stay at the end of the day. Direct JR train ftom Tokyo Station (JE/JM line) about 30 min. Nice, quite and clean.

Very decently priced and good sized supermarket is nearby. Extremely convenient to the station, only one stop on the Narita Skyaccess. Room layout great for families where kids don’t want to sleep w each other. Especially for Japan, where apartments and hotel rooms are smaller, we appreciated the spaciousness. Couch easily becomes a fourth bed. Kitchen is well stocked. Again a decent sized fridge compared to most hotel mini fridge. Incredible water pressure, pleasing aesthetic exterior building, nice interior design as well. Overall, we were impressed and would stay again as well as recommend. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Nearby Narita airport with direct train 35mins. Quiet neighbourhood close to train station. Enough food/dining options with a supermarket nearby. Relatively spacious room by Japan standards and laundry machines within building.

I did not get the email in advance, so I did not know how to enter the premise. Also, opening the door is not very intuitive from the video. The book or manual has a lot of English errors. I did not know what to do with my trash. I think I was only supposed to throw out the pet bottles, but it was not clear. The positive aspects outweigh the negative though. The price is good. The area is quiet. The room was so nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was so easy to use.

The property is ideal for a group or a family. Close to shops (Family Mart, etc) Closest train station is Higashi-Matsudo, however it will take more than an hour to get to main cities (Tokyo, Shibuya). If you don’t want to waste time traveling after whole day of walking and exploring the city centre, then look for properties around Ueno or Asakusa areas instead. Also, I was not very pleased on cleanliness as pillow has some hair strands and the bed sheet for the sofa bed has stain. Fridge is dusty outside and looks like the inside was not wiped either. The drawer for plates, cups and cutlery was not cleaned well. The slippers provided… please change as they last only for a day. Communication wise, it was good as they respond right away via email.

We stayed here for two nights, and it turned out to be a great last-minute find that fit our budget perfectly. The hotel is spacious, and the shower and bathtub combo was definitely my favorite feature. The property doesn’t have a front desk, so check-in and checkout are done via tablet, which made communication a bit challenging. The couch in the room didn’t seem very clean, but the room itself had everything we needed, from slippers and towels to a kitchen with a fridge for storing snacks. The bathtub was the standout feature—it fills itself and can stay heated for a personal onsen experience, while still allowing you to shower separately if needed. The location is fantastic, extremely close to the train station, a grocery store, and within walking distance to an Orix car rental location. The surrounding area is quiet, though we did have some trouble finding the property on Google Maps, but a nearby local kindly showed us the way. One downside is that because there is no front desk, arranging early or late check-out could be difficult. Additionally, there is no option to store luggage, which was a concern for us and made us hesitate to book again. However, if that hadn’t been a problem, we would’ve booked here again in a heartbeat. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable stay with good amenities, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option close to transport.
