They gave us a beautiful room with a view of the sky tree tower to celebrate a special occasion, and were extremely helpful when I temporarily misplaced our passports and lost my glasses! I highly recommend including the breakfast option because it was delicious and such a great way to start the day. Dinner was just as amazing, with high-quality dishes that exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the onsen experience—it was so relaxing and beautifully maintained. All of the amenities were top-tier, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
