"Staff was amazing and incredibly friendly right from the beginning, hotel is beautiful. Rooms are beautiful with lots of amenities, my only negative would be a lack of storage. There were two bottom drawers that were locked so we couldn’t use them but that was a small drawback. Hotel was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Rooms were clean, well stocked and spacious compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. It was also close to a transportation station. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel was very nice. Large indoor pool, went swimming the day of check in. Unfortunately it didn’t open till 10am so missed the opportunity to swim on check out day. Room was large with lots of beds, all very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very good, a bit pricy but the food selection made it worth it. The dinner buffet was out of my price range at $75 CND so can’t comment on that. There is a nice coffee shop also near the lobby. Overall a very nice hotel, would stay there again."
