The TVs were old and had only a few channel options and no streaming apps. Bathrooms were decent, though the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and seems ridiculous for an expensive hotel like Gracery. The Godzilla balcony was also closed, so their one big attraction was inaccessible. Overall, I would spend similar money for a better experience elsewhere."

"Perfect location, so many shops and right by the train station. It was perfect for every need. I loved the bunk beds and that you can leave your shoes outside the room door. It was really nice. "

"This hotel is very convenient, with easy access to transportation and several large shopping malls nearby. The pricing is much more reasonable than staying in areas like Ginza. While you may need to travel 20–30 minutes to reach some of Tokyo’s main attractions, it's a fair trade-off for the value. Although the property isn't brand new, it is well-maintained for the price. For breakfast, I found the nearby 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson to be perfectly sufficient and convenient."
