We stayed Annex “Square”. There is convenience store “family mart” 2nd floor Annex Square is a newly built condominium-style building, very clean and comfortable. The benefit was free parking which is a ridiculous benefit to give someone visiting Tokyo from the US. Nobody ever rent cars in Tokyo so that wasn’t really a serious benefit "
