"The room was clean and I love the shuttle service they provided from pick up and drop off between hotel and the Toya JR station. All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! "We like the swimming pool that we can attend. We enjoy swimming pool and slide while that was snowing outside. We lived in the new part of the hotel, which is a bit far away from most of the facility. But we prefer new part, so that is good for us. The reception staff are very nice to us. Especially while we compare to the man who lead us in when we drive in. He was impatient and he was a bit rude to my partner. I felt like is because I am a lady driver who did not speak in their language. The breakfast is a bit lower than our expectation. We hope that at least the food is warm enough to eat. "
