"Very friendly & helpful staff, we should learn Japanese in order to communicate better.
The hotel is luxurious, a bit worn down and needs refreshing.
Excellent location with free shuttle easily accessible"
"This is a beautiful property with lake Toya on one side and Yoteii mountain on the other. The rooms are the largest we have seen in Japan with a beautiful sitting area and large bathroom with a huge tub both overlooking Lake Toya! This made for excellent firework viewing from the room for the local festival. They also had a nice common area in the hotel with some tables, coffee, tea and hot water to use.
The location was convenient to drive to Toyaka Onsen town for food, but also to Rusutsu for skiing. "
