Amazing, fantastic and so so nice staff!
Didn’t use inden as I have tatoos and like many places no tatoos allowed but the rooms and the dinner in room was so nice I would go back just for that.
Surprisingly good. I was a bit worried when reading google review, turns out this hotel became my favourite spot for the whole trip. The Onsen and food are just perfect. Onsen area is well maintained, variety of choices and clean water. Food is in room service, so you can take the time to enjoy without any distractions. Only thing is that my room is close to the elevator, but it’s quiet in general.
Spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Large bathroom with two sinks and lots of counter space. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hell’s Valley entrance. Bus station across the hotel.
