"Love this hotel. Perfect stay in a very quiet room considering it is above the train station. The amenities, beds, bathroom, all perfect, and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would book again!"

I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness.
I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service.
We didn't use their restaurant and we usually never dine at the hotels. But we...

1) staff was excellent, very helpful!
2) needed to use Yamato luggage service last minute so I went to Front Desk twice around 3am to make arrangements, and they were up, awake and easily made the arrangements!
3) room was clean, comfortable and the laundry room was Easily available on my floor.
4) I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I appreciated the free coffee and soda at the Ftont Desk. Highly recommend!

honestly, I loved staying here. being so close to the station was incredibly convenient without any downside (like the train noise I worried about but didn't hear). the hotel itself is new ish, clean, has a laundry on site, provides coffee and tea and sundries in the lobby. There are a huge selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk and a good bakery right next door in the station.

Missing Keio Plaza already, and just thinking about an excuse to return to Tokyo.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service level, cleanliness, willingness to assist from all staff. Even when there were lots of guests they managed to offer personal touches during service. I praise the hotel management and commitment from all employees we came across.
Special mention to Mr Fuentes from the Club Level, also special thanks to housekeeping, they did it perfectly and discretely, it was pleasant to...

What a gem we found! This hotel is located in such a convenient spot— with shops, restaurants and metro right underneath. The metro is in front of the hotel but you don’t notice the noise at all. The apartment is quiet and clean. It literally has access to everything you want. We loved it.

I stayed 6 nights as a SOLO female traveler and wondered if this was the right hotel for me. For one thing, the "Adults only" confused me. So I researched the concept "Love Hotels" in Japan I wondered if a solo traveler would feel comfortable. The room felt safe and secure, bed was comfortable. The AC unit worked throughout the night, I like to sleep on the cool side. I had enough room to open my luggage. They rent their rooms out for just day use also. I did pay much more through...

We sat outside with the provided breakfast each day, with NO traffic noise, as the hotel fronts on a Bike/Hike path. It was very sociable and pleasant, and sets a wonderful tone to start the day. The attached coffeeshop is also popular with the dogwalkers, so the front patio is cheerful and fluffy every day.
