"The hotel is centrally located, modern and very clean. Upgrading to Premier Grand was definitely worth it. The room was large with lots of seating and space including a large shower. Access to the Premier Grand lounge was a highlight. It is spacious and even when busy there is lots of open space around you. Food is very good with lots of options. Everywhere you go there is friendly staff all willing to help you. Service is the best I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve stayed at. My only negative comment is about the WiFi. It is dreadfully slow in all areas of the hotel. Most times I switched it off and used my data. Don’t let this minor deterrent affect your decision to stay at KEIO Plaza, it is a fabulous hotel."

"Hotel was conveniently located about 15min by foot to the train station and close to bus stops. Gym was clean and well maintained. Laundry is available if needed. Hotel has 2 restaurants as well as a bakery for a quick morning breakfast if desired. What was lacking is a small convenience store to purchase drinks/snacks/toiletries since there isn’t one nearby. Room was efficient and clean but very small. We had the 4 person family room."
