"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in the lobby with checking in and out. Location was great for getting to all the local restaurants, shopping areas and subway stations. Laundry machines had some issues, and house keeping was hit or miss, from day to day, but all the normal room accommodations and clean towels were never a problem. Will stay here again."

"The location of this hotel is right in the middle of one of the most chaotic parts of Tokyo. Great for food, drinks and nightlife. Not good for cautious travellers. I didn't find the pillows or mattress to be at all comfortable. There is a pillow menu to change pillows, but I didn't read this until the last night unfortunately."

"The Sotetsu Grand Fresa Takadanobaba is a good, simple hotel in an excellent location. Next to the Takadanobaba train station which is a stop on the Yamanote line makes traveling anywhere in Tokyo very easy. The breakfast is great for a small hotel. Rooms are on the small side, but comfortable. I've stayed here a couple times already, and would stay here again!"

"The room was clean and a good size. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food. I was initially worried when I saw that the mochas came out of machines, but the machines made very good mochas! The beds were a little on the hard side but not too bad. We had amazing massages in the spa on the 34th floor! The staff were very nice and helpful. It is in a good location. It is not too far from Shinjuku station. There are also many food options nearby and a 7-Eleven in the hotel, which was super convenient. There is also a virtual reality thing in the hotel that was fun. Overall, a great stay!"
