"Spacious room & onsen which was a great way to end each day. Kind staff who sent my son’s anpanman blanket to our next accommodation via yamato after we realized we had forgotten it in our room. Also assisted with luggage transport via yamato from Tokyo to Osaka which helped ease commuting significantly. Free shuttle to & from the airport / Kawasaki station was also incredibly convenient. "Hotel was super. A little out of the centre but Tokyo is so huge . A 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station is very do-able and they have a regular shuttle bus to the metro station which is convenient.
Staff is very good, cleanliness was outstanding and property is beautiful.
Breakfasts were a great spread.

"Stayed our last night in Japan at this hotel so we would be close to Haneda Airport. It is a bit far from all the shopping and restaurants in Tokyo (Gina, Shibuya, etc) but it is a short walk to the monorail or. Subway, so it is easily accessible. We transported our luggage via Yamato transfer, so we only had overnight bags to carry on the bullet train and subway to get to the hotel and the next morning we took their free shuttle to the airport.
